About the Project
Prime Resort & Hotel occupies a prime position on the northern Cam Ranh Peninsula — one of Vietnam’s most rapidly developing international resort destinations. From the site, guests can easily access Cam Ranh national park, Binh Ba Island, Binh Hung Island, and nearby cultural attractions, giving the project a natural advantage in attracting both domestic and international tourism.
The resort is planned across two construction phases, eventually comprising 784 tourist apartments, 124 hotel rooms, and 175 luxury villas. The villas are designed in a Mediterranean style inspired by the iconic whitewashed architecture of Santorini: bright rendered exteriors, blue-accent features, and sea-facing orientations that create a romantic coastal atmosphere. Phase I — the 175 villa component — has been completed and handed over to owners.
