The Sun Tower is a landmark integrated development within the prestigious Grand Marina Saigon complex at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s financial district. Spanning 107,000 m² of gross floor area across 55 floors, the tower combines Grade A office space with high-end commercial podium retail. Its most distinctive architectural feature is a series of elevated hanging gardens on floors 35–43, creating a unique green oasis above the city skyline.

The project represents a new benchmark for mixed-use commercial development in Vietnam — integrating international-standard office amenities, premium retail, and sustainable design principles in one of the most strategically located sites in District 1.
