The Sun Tower is an integrated project comprising offices, a shopping mall, and luxury apartments located within the prestigious Grand Marina real estate complex in Saigon. The project is situated at the corner of Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Huu Canh streets, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a total floor area of ​​over 107,000 m2, comprising 5 basement levels and 55 above-ground levels, including 87,000 m2 of Grade A office space and 20,000 m2 of high-end commercial space. In this project, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) bricks with dimensions of 600x200x100mm and 600x200x200mm are used in the partition walls. The Sun Tower is currently in the final stages of completion and is expected to be operational by the end of 2023 or early 2024.
