Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), also known as Autoclaved Cellular Concrete, is a lightweight precast concrete with a history dating back nearly 120 years.
This innovative building material is primarily made from widely available inorganic raw materials such as sand, stone, cement, lime, gypsum, and a small amount of aluminum powder, processed using an autoclaving technique.
These ingredients are mixed in precise proportions, poured into molds, and then cured in a high-pressure steam environment at around 1800°C for approximately 12 hours.
The result is a non-fired concrete block — Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) — known for its superior performance characteristics.
In Vietnam, EBLOCK is a pioneering brand in the production of this environmentally friendly and sustainable building material.
STANDARD SIZE
| LENGTH (mm) | WIDTH (mm) | THICKNESS (mm) |
| 600 | 200 | 75 | 100 | 150 | 200 |
*Other non-standard dimensions and specifications required by the construction works can be manufacturered on individual orders.
(*)Fire resistance and sound transmission class are influenced by the thickness and design of the wall system.
