The Xenia 1 Industrial Development Project, invested by XENIA 1 Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of BWID), is located in the Xuyen An Industrial Park, Long An province. The Xenia 1 project is a warehouse with two above-ground floors and two mezzanine floors, covering a total construction area of ​​over 85,000 m².

In this project, Hoa Binh is the main contractor for construction, and EBLOCK is the supplier of fire-resistant materials – EPANEL autoclaved aerated concrete panels. These lightweight concrete panels are manufactured in large sizes with lengths ranging from 2200mm to 4800mm, allowing for faster construction and accelerating project progress. After more than a year of construction, XENIA 1 is generally nearing completion of the interior structural work and is expected to be completed safely.
